Piyush Jha is a film director, series creator, screenwriter, the author of bestselling crime-fiction novels and the Co-founder of Talkietive Content Creators Pvt. Ltd.
His films as a Director/Screenwriter, Chalo America, King of Bollywood and Sikandar are noted for the unconventionality of the subject matter and for their relevance to contemporary society.
As an Author, Piyush’s crime-fiction suspense novel series Mumbaistan, Compass Box Killer, Anti-Social Network and the stand-alone novel Raakshas- India’s No. 1 Serial Killer and Girls of Mumbaistan are thrilling noir, page-turners that explore the gritty, underbelly of Mumbai.
Piyush’s Mumbaistan- Inspector Virkar Series of novels was recently adapted into an OTT show series- Chakravyuh- An Inspector Virkar Crime Thriller. In fact, all of Piyush’s published works are currently under adaptation by various production houses.
Under the aegis of his company, Talkietive Content Creators, Piyush is currently creating and developing a slate of original OTT series and Audio-Fiction shows along with various other authors for leading producers, Studios and OTT platforms.
Piyush’s next feature film is also currently in production, where he is the Co-Producer/Writer. This will be an adaptation of one of the novellas from his book Girls of Mumbaistan.
